This quest is a cosmetic aura and a badge-style reward. It is not a combat script, and it is not the template page about exploit tools.
What the walkthroughs agree on
Three lobby NPCs want three items. All three items are on one suburban map. The vote name used in the videos is Happy Neighborhood. Some writeups call the same block Friendly Neighborhood. If the vote button says Happy Neighborhood, use that label.

You carry one quest item at a time. The videos say the items are not stored in the backpack, so the quest takes more than one round.
Where the writeups disagree
Some written steps say a turn-in counts only if you escape. Walkthrough narration and player comments on those videos say the opposite: if the killer downs you, you still have the item in the lobby, but resetting drops it. One comment specifically says the killer has to get the down, and a reset does not count.
Use the video rule unless the live prompt says otherwise: do not reset while you are holding an item. Escaping is safe if you can do it. It may not be required.
Claim step
After all three turn-ins, a walkthrough returns to The Hollow hub, takes the elevator to Floor 7, finds the Survive the Killer area, and interacts with a pedestal in a secret room to claim the aura. Another walkthrough frames the same quest as also awarding a badge and 10 tickets. The exact badge title on the Roblox badge list was not re-read here. Confirm the reward popup in the game.
If the hub is closed
The instruments and NPCs were event content. If Happy Neighborhood no longer spawns the guitar, keys, or drumsticks, the quest is over. Do not treat a closed hub as a bug in the normal hide-and-escape rules.
